What Does a Personal Japan Travel Concierge Cost?

Personal Holiday Concierge Services typically start from USD 2,500 for a two-week journey in Japan for two people. On-call support is included as a standard part of every JHC service.

For independent travellers who have arranged their own Japan itinerary, I offer personal on-call support — from USD 1,000 per week.

Whether it’s a delayed train, a misunderstanding, or a situation where you need someone to speak Japanese on your behalf, I’m here to help you find a way forward when a little local knowledge or Japanese-language assistance can make all the difference.

This service is designed for occasional assistance with unexpected situations, rather than extended interpretation or ongoing travel management.

Support is available from 8 am to 8 pm Japan time. Emergency assistance outside these hours may be arranged separately.
