“We went on a 3 week family vacation to Japan. Mayumi was recommended by friends so we contacted her to help with planning. From the beginning she was very helpful and supportive, and attentive. She took time to try and get to know us, get an understanding of what we want and who we are. That was not an easy task to begin with since we have 3 kids 22 (girl), 20 (boy), 12 (boy) so the interests and wishes had a very big range before adding my husband’s and my wishes. Throughout the process Mayumi was attentive and patient with unlimited resources and ideas. And (and I say this with the outmost respect and appreciation) she would also tell us if we would reach too far or go in a direction that she knew could be a mistake. We had many zoom meetings to plan and at the same time Mayumi already made reservations to secure as many options as possible. While we were in Japan at any point if we had any questions or we needed any assistance Mayumi was ALWAYS available resourceful and SO helpful. I would recommend to anyone who wants to plan a trip to Japan to use her services not only for her expertise resources and efficiency but just as much for her attentiveness and kindness.”
